Is Vacation Diaries a certified and licensed company?Vacation Diaries is an independently owned and operated affiliate of Cruises and Tours unlimited, operating under a CLIA and IATAN. We are registered under the state of Florida, California and Iowa.

Who do you provide travel quotes for?We provide travel quotes that best fit your needs. We provide quotes for individuals, small groups, and large groups.

Do you book AirBnBs?As a travel agency we are not partnered with AirBNB but we do provide villas in certain destinations.

Do you offer group discounts?Depending on the hotel, many vendors offer group rates for groups booking a minimum of 5 rooms.

Do you book Excursions?Excursions can be booked and added onto your booking, or you can book excursions independently?

Is there a service fee?All quotes require a $25 research fee. If you choose to book the research fee is added to the deposit amount.

Do I need a passport?It is the responsibility of the travel to ensure they have all appropriate travel documents.

What form of payments do you accept?We accept all major credit cards. All payments are paid directly to the vendor through an authorization form.

Are payments refundable?Deposits and quote requests are nonrefundable but are applied to your booking. All other balances/refunds are subject to the vendor's cancelation policy pertaining to your specific booking.

What happens after I make my deposit, how do I pay?Once the booking has been made you will be sent a confirmation along with a payment link for future payments.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes, payment plans can be arranged at your convenience until the trip is paid in full.

What happens If I cancel?All cancelations are subject to the vendors policy. Please review cancellation terms with your agent. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room.
